Oh, no I didn't necessarily mean owners that lived on the base, just people hanging out beside their cars in the Tims parking lot on the base like I've seen at the tims down at 161Av and 97St. Growing up in Stouffville, ON the thing to do (apparently) was take your pickups and civics or whatever and hang out in the parking lot of tim hortons all night just blaring the music and looking cool. (Yeah..) Now seeing that the same thing happens in Edmonton, I just cringed to think that it was happening on the base. Glad it was my misinterpretation!
