Why don't you just call Mike at Whitehead? Or, check a few members on the forum from the US Northeast section or call a close to the border US shop in say Buffalo, NY, Rochester, NY or even Erie, PA. Have the shop order the item, you drive your car there, do installation and drive it back. No harm, no foul. Did you see the J Spec ads on Kijiji for the HKS CBE?
