Adjustable camber arms/Upper control arms is a good investment especially if you ever decide to go with a coilover system. Having the ability to fine tune your suspension to the mm will never be a bad thing.

There are a bunch of companies out there that offer the same products as the one that you posted, so read around and check out some reviews before you just make a decision based on price alone
