Toe bolts necessary?

I installed the SPC Rear camber arms / Toe bolt and Im still at about -2.5.

Guy at the shop said because the car is sitting so low I need rear camber links if I want more positive camber.

i got the same thing said to me. With swifts and no camber arms (yet), after an alignment I am @ -2.5 camber. My toe is almost 0.. close enough not to be an issue.
