Painted calipers....adjustment needed?

I hate it when I wash my car and the rotors get all rusty. But at least you can just brake to take off most of the rust. That little ring and the slots in my current slotted rotors are always rusty though

Mine is a DD as well and yes most of it goes away when u start breaking... which rotors do u have now BTW?
