Can you powdercoat akebonos without disassembling?

you can, but its not ideal. the seals can handle the heat no problem, and just about every car with dust boots also hold up, but the OEM dust boots

you can, but its not ideal. the seals can handle the heat no problem, and just about every car with dust boots also hold up, but the OEM dust boots on these calipers will weaken with heat.

The main reason to disassemble them though is for stripping and ensuring no blast media gets inside of them and they are perfectly clean inside when finished.
