Shamu has a lot more experience than I do, but I'd personally approach it in the order of: 1. tires, 2. diff and then any suspension changes. What feels best on an open diff and 245s in back may not be the same thing as what feels best with a real diff and appropriately sized rubber and you only want to buy parts once.
