There are all kinds off driver problems to deal with but there is something else to this also. I'm not afraid to admit I'm learning but the back end shouldn't be this twitchy. I watched a Porsche GT3 cup car destroyed sliding down a wall this weekend and I don't want to be that guy!

I'm running on 285/19 rear and 265/19 fronts with intake and exhaust. I also have the VLSD and let me tell you its easy to get the tale out so I can only imagine 245's and no LSD. I think you received some good advise regarding tires and LSD and that should be your focus in that order.
I've done a bit of reading on the LSD front and I've heard really good things about Quaife. Limited Slip Diff: Z1Motorsports Quaife LSD
