WTF? If a shop screwed up your car, why in the world are you on here asking questions, instead of standing on someone's desk, raising hell? Makes no sense to me. I can understand wanting to understand how the suspension works, but do that AFTER the idiots fix your car. I'd be burning down phone lines and blowing up my adjuster's cellphone until my car was fixed right. Call a tow service, haul the car back to that shop, tell them to fix it NOW, not next freaking week....
