Default Choosing Optimal Alignment Spec ????

I have been doing some research using the forums to have my car aligned and am looking for some decent advice and recommendations.

Specs:
09 370Z Sport Touring
19 Rays touring wheels
Swift Spec-R springs
SPC rear camber arms w/ toe bolts.

I drive typically 5-10 miles per day and most of the speed is around 25-30 mph(SUCKS). Every once in a while I'll take the car out for some spirited weekend driving.

Can some of you chime in and give me your personal thoughts?

I like the car being aggressive in the front end. I have a bad habit of quick lane changing. Trying to maximize rear tire life as much as possible. I am thinking of having the camber in the rear set around -2degrees. But what about the toe?

I am a complete newb when it comes to alignment specifications other than what I read.

Thanks in advance!
