Default different sound with sway bars?

Just a quick question. I went to stillen and had them install sway bars on the medium setting. The car rides perfect except for when I hit a bump at really slow speeds (like 1-2 miles per hour) the car makes a "thud" sound in the front end. Is this normal or not. Please explain and if it is not normal how is it fixed?

thanks in advance.

wasn't sure which section it actually belonged in. Plus, this section seems to get more people in and out and I'm kinda stressin cause I don't want to damage my car if something is wrong.

Well, cross posting is a no no. I'm sure this one will be deleted or moved. Sorry I can't answer your question. I'm getting the Stillen sways installed next week though.
