Alignment machines can be inaccurate they are not perfect they need periodic maintenance and adjustment to keep them accurate. Also, you need to make sure the numbers are correct with correct weighting (driver/gastank), proper tire pressures and after the bolts have been tightened. Just the act of tightening the jam nuts can throw off an alignment a few tenths of a degree. If your machine says the wheels are strait and the wheel is strait when everything is tightened and the suspension is settled on the rack then you are A. Using the Alignment machine incorrectly. B. The Alignment machine isn't calibrated accurately.
