Coilovers on Rims. Newb

Call me a newb, but I am not too mechanically inclined. I have quite a few friends that are helping but I would like advise from 370 owners. Im looking at putting my car in shows and was looking for decent coilovers. I have read numerous threads on here and people seem to be fond of the bc racing br ones. Wondering if anyone had any other ones... I will not be putting it on the track, but I will be putting rims on it and dont want much wheel gap and would like somewhat of a smooth ride (for when the lady is in it). Also, i would like to lower it during shows. Still debating on 18, 19 or 20 inch rims also (with no fender work) So opinions on that would be great as well. I was also wondering if these bc coilovers are electronic.

Smooth(er) than with just cut springs....

Depends on your budget. A lot of people have the BC Racing BR coilovers and a lot of people also have the KW Variant 3 (me being one of them). I'm sure if you put most of the coilovers on the market on the "softest" setting, it won't be that bad.

The debate between 18 vs 19 vs 20 isn't as important as the width and offset of the wheel as this is what will dictate whether or not you'll need some fender work.

I am not worried about budget, but dont want to spend extra money for a "name". I would like electronic ones though, that filter through my deck or something I can adjust without manually adjusting. 20's would be best for me, but I dont want scraping or limited turning because of them.

If money isn't an issue, than Im not sure what your issue is?? Your looking at $4,000+ for a really good coilover kit, $6,000+ for electric. Depending how low u want it to sit when its at "shows" will determine how much fender, camber & other supporting components you will need to modify.
With 20" wheels, once u drop 1.3" almost everything comes into factor if u don't want any rubbing & proper alignment.
