I understand I might scrape afterwards, but what I'm saying is I already scrape that lip now. If I lowered the car, even if I took that lip off, should

I understand I might scrape afterwards, but what I'm saying is I already scrape that lip now. If I lowered the car, even if I took that lip off, should I really be worried about the bumper itself?
