I'm 2 months out of the warranty. also called Nissan, they won't help... However, after I bled the clutch, it's been fine, no more soft/spongy feel and the fluid is clear... wonder if I can just keep driving it like this, or if it will eventually have to be replaced...
The clutch master/slave should be no where near $1100 to replace. That is rape on a whole new level. I might charge like $200 to install/bleed a new master

The master can be bought for like $47 and rebuild kits for like $20 its not hard to replace. Do you see fluid on the master where it comes through the firewall and connects to the pedal?

Just saying..
