you should be able to just use the spanner wrenches and turn to adjust....I've got the V3s also and I can easily lower/raise by turning the perches to adjust. Other

Yeah I'm familiar with how they work as far as raising and lowering is concerned. I have the purple perch all the way as high as it can go on the collar but the car just doesn't seem to sit low enough, at least compared to the others that I've seen.
