Avoid drilled for the track, the small cracks are more likely to connect and get bigger more quickly. Slotted is fine, helps keep the pad clean but slightly increases pad wear. Never heard of this ebay brand before.

Check out stoptech slotted or centric plain (centric and stoptech are the same company) for reasonably priced rotors.
