Exclamation Non sport--Sport

PLEASE help me to upgrade from Non sport to Sport!!!!!

Nissan quotes me about $2000 for all the parts.

i am assuming that the swap would need: calipers, brake pads, rotors, brake lines, and some hardwares to mount on the pads.
and this is the face i gave to them >__<!!!

you guys have a lot of experience on such swap, could anyone provide me with some other packages that would coast the same or less.

or any parts that would perform better then Sport with the same price.

thankssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

What is your goal here 'cause the Sports package also includes SynchroRev match feature which you cannot add.

*EDIT* Nevermind, it looks like you have an Auto!

there is more than just brakes that makes a sport model. you also have the SRM, rims/tires, spoiler just to name the big ones. The questions is what are you trying to accomplish and that will help the members be able to chime in more on what you want.

Instead of doing a part swap, do a car swap. You should be able to make the change for much less than the cost of the parts from NNA, not mentioning the inability to port over SRM.

if that is the case Z1 sells a upgrade kit for the non sport for around 1400.00 not sure if you would need bigger wheels or not so I would cal them. but depending on what you want to do will really decide on how big a brake kit you need. IE track car or just a daily N/A driver.

Does anyone know if the synchrorev match is different hardware somewhere or simply a different program loaded in the computer then a button to activate the feature.

Im surprised no one has hacked this yet, maybe there isnt much intrest becasue most seem the have the sport pkg.

Just curious because it seems for every other car out there every item on the cars can be hacked and added. Synchrorev could just be different software but Im guessing since i havent done any research.

It is both... there are wiring differences and the software is built into the ECU. It might be possible to add but the cost would likely outweigh (or close to outweigh) what it would cost to buy a car with it, the difference between sport and non-sport that is.

It is an awesome feature but isn't essential enough to warrant the large cost it would require to add it to a base model (assuming it is possible).

I know that you cannot put a non sport guage cluster in a sport model because it will not allow you to enable the SRM. Not sure if the car get the signal from the cluster or not but I do know it will not work without the sport cluster.
