Cost for first brake job (OEM sport package brakes)?

My local Nissan dealer quoted me $250 for the rears last time I had them change the oil. I'll probably do them myself, since the pads are only about $38-72

My local Nissan dealer quoted me $250 for the rears last time I had them change the oil. I'll probably do them myself, since the pads are only about $38-72 per set depending on how high perf I go. And I figure the dealer is making out big time at $250 if all they're gonna do is cut the rotors and replace the pads with a stock set that cost them next to nothing.
