You shouldn't be able to move it at all. Of course, I'm not talking about the wheel moving on the a-arm, that will naturally move. I'm talking about it moving on the hub.

Another way to tell is sometimes when the wheel bearing is going if you jerk the wheel slightly at speed (when you hear that noise) sometimes the noise will come and go as you take some pressure off the bearing... probably don't want to do that at 60+ though.
