To lower the fronts its super easy.... Just undo the lower gold ring (the one that stands by itself) DO NOT undo the 2 gold rings on the top as BC has set the preload already....
To adjust all you do is spin the bottom fork piece clockwise for lowering, counter clockwise for raising... You will see how it get shorter or longer when you start spinning it. I've installed these specific coilovers 8 times, very easy to adjust
