Corner Balancing - Why No One Talks about it????

With all the lowering of our cars (via coilovers, shocks, springs, etc.), how come no one talks about the alleged much-required corner-balancing? Corner balancing is a "must" for other sports

With all the lowering of our cars (via coilovers, shocks, springs, etc.), how come no one talks about the alleged much-required corner-balancing? Corner balancing is a "must" for other sports car costing around $400.00 for it (including alignment). Don't we need it on the Z?
