so does it mean that running as a single unit has more downsides than upsides? any idea what the limits to wheel/tire/camber if i run the single unit coil overs?

so does it mean that running as a single unit has more downsides than upsides?
any idea what the limits to wheel/tire/camber if i run the single unit coil overs? And any additional modifications needed? thanks.
