camber kit

Can anyone please tell me if i just need the camber arm and or toe bolt. So far I read that only the camber arm is needed. Is this correct?

So far I read that only the camber arm is needed. Is this correct? Also SPC or SPL? I'm ordering swift springs tomorrow along with 20/25mm spacers.
