Stillen swaybar ... What size bushings?

Two questions ... What size bushings for these sways and what kind of difference is made with aftermarket over stock?

I have Stillen sways front & rear and they make a WORLD of difference as far as the bushing size it fits in the stock bushing just fine.

I suppose more specifically any recs on stock vs aftermarket and what size aftermarket bushing (i dont know what size stock are)? Thx
