Seems newbie question, but how do you get rid of them?? I have j-hooked rotors with akebono sport brakes and HPS pads. My front right side has yellow rusty marks

Yellow rust marks ?
Seems newbie question, but how do you get rid of them??
I have j-hooked rotors with akebono sport brakes and HPS pads. My front right side has yellow rusty marks around the inner rotor side. I was told that I should break in the pads but stepping on brake to the end while driving doesn't seem to work. Only my front passenger side's rotor has them
