i dont know the rates, actually. i haven't decided to swap my springs yet so didnt care to look. i have a G that's lowered and running on stiffer setup so ii didnt want two cars with similar setup. i'd like Koni yellows but those aren't available for the Z.

im assuming the ideal rate will be around 400-450lbs/in range for street and stiffen up the dampers.
