Pad not completely on rotor...

Put new rotors on, had the calipers redone by Mike and Akebono pads. Don't know if I might of done something wrong, but on the inside of every rotor the

Default Pad not completely on rotor...

Put new rotors on, had the calipers redone by Mike and Akebono pads. Don't know if I might of done something wrong, but on the inside of every rotor the pads are not touching it. Just thinking the pad maybe narrowed at that point? Here is a picture of what I am referring to.

I know it looks like crap but its normal. I have the same thing happening with my stoptech rotors.

Thanks for the responses, may have to do something over the winter - just to see if I can maybe paint or use somekind of rust inhibitor on it...

Yup mine are the same way... and I thought the same thing... But in time it will turn almost black and you want really notice it...
