Most people including you,me and probably 80% of this forum if given a car completely set up properly could not use it to it's full potential, hence searching for the stickiest tires are irrelevant.
full potential? no, but I do compete at a level where running a sticky tire is important and beneficial.

I have the SPC and they do slip sometimes, mostly on tracks with nasty transitions such as SP Shenandoah, NHMS and probably any other oval track with a road coarse. I think on smooth tracks it holds okay.

I use 100TW or 30TW tires.
