i just ordered a set of sport springs for the z . aaand i was wondering if someone could explain the difference between the normal sport and the spec r's.

swift sport springs
i just ordered a set of sport springs for the z
 . aaand i was wondering if someone could explain the difference between the normal sport and the spec r's. I have heard that the normal sports are not as agressive of a ride but offer a slightly stiffer than stock feel, while the spec r's are a slightly firmer ride than the sports and more designed for the track. I THINK both offer the same drop. Someone school me on this please!
