Default Coilover question?!

Hey guys and gals!

I could use a little help here I guess...I have never been big on coilovers but I know if I want the best handling I can get for the money coilovers is the way to go.

As of now I have nismo shocks with h&r springs and I have only used springs never coils. So I know some come with a dampering system you can manipulate easily like the teins.

What should I go with...? I will use the car here and there for street use but I do want the coilovers more for track use. And also is it easier to go a dampering system like tein has? Or should I go with the manual system with that little wrench?

So best coilover to use for track (but still can use a little on street) and should I go with the EFDC controller or manual dampering? THANKS!
