yah, as 98intrigue mentioned it's really the toe angle that wears the tires. on a car like our z it likes to have toe-in for stabilty. i would just leave

yah, as 98intrigue mentioned it's really the toe angle that wears the tires. on a car like our z it likes to have toe-in for stabilty. i would just leave the alignment where it's at unless you're not specifically happy with how it rides (tracking to one side, steering wheel off center, etc).
ive been running -2.6 on my G35C's rear since 2005 (front -1.8). tires wear pretty flat but slight more wear on the inner treads from the camber. this is normal. if you're running asymetrical tires with reinforced belts on the inner treads like the stock RE050's and many tires out these days, you will see even less wear on the inner treads from camber. my toe-in is set 0.15 degrees each side on the rear, 0.05 on the front. |
