Yep, repaint the centers and don't mask the rotor. First 2-3 times you brake be careful, as the paint is scraping off the rotor, but after that you will have

Yep, repaint the centers and don't mask the rotor. First 2-3 times you brake be careful, as the paint is scraping off the rotor, but after that you will have a perfect circle where the rust was.
