Default Swift Springs Install??

So check this out.... I had my springs installed yesterday and when I got home I noticed that a rear spring was installed with the label upside down. I thought no biggie the label from the factory might have been put on wrong. But when I referred to the picture I had taken of the springs before installation the label is correctly placed. Am I wrong? Shouldn't these springs be installed with the tightest coiled section on top? It was too hard to see the other springs and how they were installed but if one is wrong then it obviously has to be fixed. These were installed by a HIGHLY recommended shop in Chicago and I would like to have a pretty good idea of what I'm talking about when I move forward with them....... HELP?? lol

Yes the label should be face up. You can do the rears yourself in no time. Just flip it around and call it good.

So I went back to the shop today and indeed the rear spring were installed upside down. The fronts were properly installed. Apparently a more jr mechanic installed the rears while the lead guy did the fronts. Poor guy was a little embarrassed and was actually surprised that I even caught the mistake. I told him "no flies land on me unless they are paying rent!" lol It was an easy fix so no harm no foul.

Thanks to those that helped me catch this! I added a pic of the drop after correct installation.

Nice Taurus! Love the stance, now you need some wheels or a set of 20mm spacers.
