I just installed a set of KW V1's on my car and it is lowered about an inch. To answer your question: no you will not be able to get back to the factory specs without a camber kit.

The front camber is totally non-adjustable and I ended up with right around 2 degrees negative, which is somewhat aggressive but fine as far as I'm concerned. The rear is a bigger problem. The least camber they were able to get was about -3.3 degrees. I'll be adding some SPC camber arms in the rear and dialing it back to a number like the front.
