Not really, alot of stock brakes come in contrasting caliper colors.

If you want them red, or some other color, it's not difficult to paint them. Caliper covers are pretty tacky, and can actually cause cooling problem with the caliper.

+1 Really easy to paint. OP I bet you can get a buddy or a shop to do it for real cheap. Probably cheaper than the plastic covers. Just make sure to use caliper paint as it puts up with the heat generated by the braking system. If you are too lazy to clean them off before painting, just spray some brake cleaner all over them and blow them out with an air gun after so they are completely dry. Really easy.
