I'm headed back for a re-alignment soon, and I will have them check it out. If they are missing, do they have to break everything down to install those? Thinking of using that wire organizer wrap stuff if that's the case. Top, bottom, and some where the tight coil meets the bigger coils.

No you have to disassemble but it needs to be in between the spring and the perch.
