I just looked at some alignment sheets, I don't even see bumpsteer on there. Is it just a feeling when on the track? Every bump changes the severity of steer depending how much you effect it with certain parts, ride height etc?
Yea bumpsteer is how much the compression causes the wheels to toe while cornering, not much of an issue during street driving. I found an old thread with other members discussing it, it causes the rather unsettling "floating" feeling and the rear end feels unstable. I felt it at Big Willow and it was pretty sketchy, I'm fairly sure in my case it's mostly because of my alignment not being optimal.

I feel it now stock. Very scary. I figure change all bushings to solid from spl, plus arms etc, I have a lockout out kit for the toe bolts and camber bolt and I shouldn't have any bumpsteer.
