no dice for me once again. i was hoping ~.5" all around with softer rates. :(

My friend recieved a test prototype set for his Z and I drove it around. Honestly you would probably have to drive it to believe it, but it really is more comfortable than stock, but it corners like your on a set of coilovers.
I didn't realize that so much of the road vibrations is felt through the car, until I drove the 370z with the Swift springs on it. The owner says he loves them but says that Swift might change it up a little bit for the production model. I am already pretty much sold on them so I will do a write up on them when the production model comes out. Anyways I have pictures of the car lowered on it. Cell phone pics but should be decent quality. http://i957.photobucket.com/albums/a...J/100_4591.jpg |
perfect!

I do like the look though. And if Andy Porterfield (testimonial on their site) says they are good, then I might be interested. |
I like that drop... if the ride quality is good, I'm sold.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. |
odd, because my tein springs brought MORE road vibrations and such...
|
the spec r's are going to be linear/progressive combo...the reason they did this is to soak bumps and seat the springs better..this will be a very street friendly spring but sill offer great performance.

Tein uses cheap materials sags instantly, makes all roads feel rough, and they are just that, cheap springs. Swift's are well known as a high quality spring. In fact there probably isnt a spring thats better quality. Now drop heights and rates are subjective. But then i am sure that they have done their homework |

pretty much Swift>any thing else...extremly linear and lightweight perfect coilover spring for track whores..haha
|
interesting. if it handles as good or better than OEM, is LESS harsh on rough roads, and is a modest enough, yet noticable drop that i dont need to get a camber kit etc i'm sold.

Looks like this might be my choice if I don't go for coilovers.
