H&R Springs question

The front wheels may rub the plastic thing in the wheel well. Only happens on the highway where the new pavement is higher than the old. I've never bottomed out

The front wheels may rub the plastic thing in the wheel well. Only happens on the highway where the new pavement is higher than the old. I've never bottomed out and haven't scrapped the lip with my h&r. I was in a tiny parking garage In downtown Seattle with really steep ramps this weekend and surprised I didn't scrape the lip.
