So currently i am running H&R lowering springs and on stock wheels (225s in the front and 245s in the rear) . I also need to upgrade my camber arms too but i have a feeling the wheels would not be flush after the camber upgrade. Any idea on the size of the spacers i should get?

Are the wheels 18"?

It would be helpful if you posted some pics from useful angles.

For reference, I have 245-275 19" wheels, lowered 25mm front, 20mm back, and no camber arms. I put 20mm spacers all around and got perfectly flush look, no camber arms needed, as the lowering gave me -1° on the front, which was previously set at 0°. Based on this, I would expect you can get some negative camber too just on the basis of lowering the car, but I don't know what size wheels and ET you've got, so I'm not sure what width spacers should you go with. But in any case, I wouldn't blindly go with camber arms.
