You could try some brake cleaner on a rag to remove the red paint. I THINK you could even spray it directly on the caliper, but I'd go with spraying

You could try some brake cleaner on a rag to remove the red paint. I THINK you could even spray it directly on the caliper, but I'd go with spraying a rag or paper towel first and see what happens. (Start on the back side, just in case)
