Possibly, however my 2017 BMW M4 comp pack and Porsche 911 turbo don’t tramline as badly as the Nismo.

why is an 3 weeks old new car alignment off by so much?

It happens due to shipping. They come with Spring spacers from Japan so they can get the car on and off the car haulers. See the sticky at the top of the Nismo page. I hope they check for the spacers before they aligned the car. They probably don't even know about them. (Alignment shop)
