Solid list. I'm going to be doing some of the same setup. Trying to make my G a little more responsive.

Ohlins TTX36 will be from PSI, my car will be the test car for the first set. Ohlins DFV is my current setup, and it's from Ohlins Japan, the same kit from Nismo RC but with street drivable valving and springs. :happydance:

Any updates on the ttx36?

2011 Nismo#91 11-07-2017 01:10 PM

Well my update is that I am likely not going with it, as I was told & agree it would be too much time and effort to customize that setup unless I was really going to be racing.

My options are as follows:
MOTON: Clubsport 2-Way M 502 025
MCS: 2-Way Remote
JRZ Sport RS1
JRZ Sport RS Pro
I am leaning towards MCS. I wish i could get the JRZ 2way but out of my price point for now (MSRP 7,600).

I am going to be much more focused on this since my last track weekend for the year was last weekend and I won't have anything else to worry about besides the usual holiday stuff.

I was looking at the JRZ too. But that price.

Not sure I would consider RS1 to be in same league as the other double adjustables on this list, since it doesn't allow independent compression and rebound adjustment.

Also I think JRZ is running discount on their Pro line and above, maybe price is cheaper at the moment?

MCS is my plan of action when I go to update my suspension for the track

https://www.anzesuspension.com/ through Tachterion Driver Development | Making you faster one lap at a time!

Was a pretty good price.

Can I suggest MCA shocks ...

www.mcasuspension.com either reds or golds.

These guys have World Time Attack in Sydney a couple of times in the last few years and have a well-deserved reputation in circuit racing at National and State level down under.

I have Penske double adjustable on my race car and recently tried a set of these and they are equal or better and a tad cheaper

Penske offers several different 2-way adjustable shocks. Kind of hard to narrow down your comparison without properly identifying the entire setup like for like.
