Sport Springs Plus Nismo Dampers?

I'm interested in the swifts because they seem like a good compromise with the soft/hard progressive spring rate but I'm really curious about the setup I mentioned. For example how

I'm interested in the swifts because they seem like a good compromise with the soft/hard progressive spring rate but I'm really curious about the setup I mentioned. For example how do the Nismo damping rates compare to Koni yellows, etc
