Cant Align Rear Tire, Might Have Frame Damage?

Thank you guys so much for all the opinions and i will take it to a higher end alignment place once i get new rims and tires and eliminate all

Thank you guys so much for all the opinions and i will take it to a higher end alignment place once i get new rims and tires and eliminate all the other variables.
