Weird noise from front end

They did the rear axel lube and all tsb on it .... I hate sounds I can't locate lol I can also make the sound rolling backwards with engine off

I hate sounds I can't locate lol I can also make the sound rolling backwards with engine off ... and when I apply the brake it will click ... no sound until I apply the brake ... and going forward it will click if accelerating moderately ... seems to be the movement either the front coming up or the back going down .. not really forward or backward .. and not really " brake" related ... but braking and making the front dip quickly will make the noise any any speed.
