You said you got new tires, did you get them balanced? Take them back to the shop that did it and tell them its bouncing and needs to be re balanced. That's why its shaking.

As for a alignment, holy cow that is messed up. positive .9 front left and negative 4.5 front right? Something is seriously wrong for the alignment to be that bad. Maybe you didn't seat the springs right?
