My old pads came with the metal shim on them, I read the tutorial on changkng the pads but it was oem to oem pads. The new pads I have

The new pads I have has its own shim thing on the back and the oem doesn't fit. Are the new ones ok to use or do I have to fit something orver something? Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
