So I recently bought a set of used Eibach sway bars. So there a bit dirty and I figured since they're off the car this would be a good time

So I recently bought a set of used Eibach sway bars. So there a bit dirty and I figured since they're off the car this would be a good time to clean them and apply new grease but I don't know what kind of grease I should buy. Also what should I use to clean the bars and polyurethane bushings? Will brake cleaner work or will this hurt the bushings. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
